Product Description

This Taping machine is suitable for DVI, HDMI, ATA, SATA, IEEE1394 etc. It is high frequency data cable single/ double layer taping machine. It is complete hot shrink and self adhesion process by belt synchronous.

Material to be used : Aluminum foil tape, cotton paper tape, transparent tape, mica tape, Teflon tape.

Maximum rotation speed is 2000rpm with the productivity of 28 meter per minute.

Power is 1 HP.

Taping tension and take up tension will be remain constant from start to the end.

It has mobile telescopic hot oven, RKC temperature control, temperature tolerance : 1 degree Celsius.

Take-up and pay-off type : Axle take-up, wire no push/ pull injury qualifying process, row width and row spacing is set according to the specification of wire of arbitrary.

Shaft of Pay of pay-off will be of Dia.300mm to 500mm General shaft.

Shaft of take-up will be of dia. 400mm to 630mm General shaft.
